Colendi Announces Enterprise Ethereum Alliance Membership

1 min read

Everybody loves to be a part of an innovative environment, especially Colendi!

The Colendi team is more than excited to announce its acceptance as a member of Enterprise Ethereum Alliance(EEA).

The idea emerged when Colendi met with Andrew Keys in Istanbul. Andrew Keys is the co-founder of Consensys’s financial arm Consensys Capital which specializes in giving professional consultancy for the infrastructure of tomorrow’s global economy, employing blockchain based digital assets. Andrew suggested that Colendi’s membership to Enterprise Ethereum Alliance would be beneficial for both sides. Fast-forwarding three months, Colendi once again had the chance get together another bright mind from Consensys’ side, Jeremy Millar. Jeremy Millar[1], as many blockchain enthusiasts would probably know, has led a successful career in the programming sector before stepping into the blockchain world. He is now the Chief of Staff at ConsenSys, a global company specialized in blockchain technology and token foundation. Enterprise Ethereum Alliance, is a platform where Fortune 500 enterprises, startups, academics, and technology companies are brought together with Ethereum subject matter experts. Their objective is to build a community and build upon the only smart contract supporting blockchain currently running in real-world production – Ethereum – to define enterprise-grade software capable of handling the most complex, highly demanding applications. With key strategic members such as Deloitte, Mastercard, Cisco, and Microsoft, the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance is certainly one of the pillar establishments of the growing blockchain community.

Colendi is well aware of the responsibilities that fall to entities that are working on such a young, but also promising sector of blockchain technology and fintech, especially considering the expectations of its community, contributors and supporters. Joining the EEA is one of the many steps that will constitute a bright future in front of the Colendi Project as well as the community it will serve.
